"Effective as of June 30, 2o12", this was from before they started processing DACA related I-765, this estimate is not up to date.

Yeah..Things will be all set by end of this year HOPEFULLY! I call for two major parties. One for our west coast dreamers in Cali and ONE IN NEW YORK CITY, NY. Let's go see the ball drop. Who's down? Dreamers only! This has been a dream of mine.

I believe the I-7## (haven't memorized the form number) instructions said it can take up to 90 days to make a decision on ur work permit AFTER I-821D is approved. So once ur approved expect to have it in 3 months or less.

Maybe the first batch that sent it on aug 15 will have theirs by New years if they receive an approval letter for I-821d before the end of the month.

When I get mine though I'll still consider it a late Christmas present :-D

Yep, up to 3 months, after your deferred action is approved. I'm trying really hard not to get my hopes up about the processing time, but the thought of having my EAD before the end of the year makes my heart skip a beat- SO EXCITING.
