I haven't had this hope or excitement in a while!
 

So my mom talked to an immigration attorney, and the attorney said my mom won't be able to adjust status in many years since she left the U.S. while waiting to adjust. But he said my sister and I are still able to file under 245i :D

But he recommended we still file for DACA, and he would review our app for $50. What makes me the most hopeful is the fact that my cousin filed under the same circumstances and after paying the lawyer $5,000 (fuck), she got her green card in only 2 damn months!!!

I feel weightless right now, and I also feel like I should go out and party and smoke pot. But I'm not doing that, of course. Right now, I'm just going to try and focus on my schoolwork, since my senior year of high school will be the most rigorous yet!
