i need help adding additional info
 

I have way too many addresses but i dont know how to add extra info , like i get the page number and part number just not the item number, lie is it page 3 part 2 item number 6a.? Because 6a on part 2 talks about departure? I dont get it i mean i just need to know how to put more addresses correctly

Item number = Address 5, 6, 7, 8, what ever address it is.

Same thing happened to me. I've had A LOT of addresses. Here's what I attached.

Just edit the fields. Or take out what you don't need.
