Got my RFE today
 

Here is the wording they say

The evidence you submitted with your Form i-821d Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, to establish that you have continuously resided in the US during the 5-year period immediately before June 15, 2012 and up to the time of filing is insufficient. The evidence you submitted supports your residence between 6/15/07 and May 31, 2008 and between December 21, 2010 and the time of filing. You did not submit evidence to prove your continuous residence between June 1, 2008 and December 20, 2010. You may still submit evidence which may include but not limited to.........................................

so I need to fill a 2.5 year gap.

I graduated high school in May 2008. The next available evidence I was able to send was my marriage certificate. I got married on 11/27/2010 on my marriage certificate it shows that I applied for my marriage certificate 11/08/2010. I'm not sure why it didnt say from May 2008 to October 2010.
So far:
I have a paper from a eye doctor from Sept 2008. I also found a order receipt for flowers I received in October 2009. I'm gonna call some stores that I ordered online from to see if I can get a receipt for things ordered in 2009 and 2010. I'm also considering using some affidavits.

I wonder if affidavits alone could work to cover a 1 year gap? Sorry about your RFE, hope everything turns out okay.

So initially you didn't send no evidence for 2009 and almost no evidence for 2010?

for 2010 I sent a copy of marriage certificate which was for November. I had nothing for 2009. After I finish school I didn't do anything. My eye doctor doesn't have a copy of my 2009 visit to get new glasses.

I have no social so no credit card or bank accounts. My cell phone is in my husbands name.

One of the qualifying requirements was to PROVE continuos presence.

Sorry but if you didnt have proof for those years why did you apply? Id understand if you had SOME bit sounds like you dont have any?

I'm from Jamaica also, I had a year and a half gap. I sent 2 affidavits and a letter from my church, I live in South Florida. I hope everything works out for you. Without a doubt the affidavits are your first option.

Sorry OP, hopefully you get more evidence to fill in the gaps. You definitely need something for 2009.
