Decision within 75 days?

Hey All,

Im not sure if this is just a rumor but earlier I came across someone saying that USCIS must give you a decision within 75 days after your biometrics.

Can anyone confirm this as true or false?

i don't think they are following an specific number, but as i read your timeline you did your biometrics on 9/11

i friend of mine just received her card yesterday and she did her bio 9/18 and her brother did his 9/15 and he just his text yesterday saying his card it was send for production

i hope i get my text by next week as i did the bio on 9/19

It should be from 2 weeks to a 1 month time period

@canelita85

I dont think there's any correlation between when you did your biometrics and when your case gets approved. There are plenty of people who did it the same week I did and are still waiting.

After your biometrics, they officially have 90 days to make a decision on your work permit. But obviously it hasn't taken them that long to approve people.... at least not yet.

Okay I thought it was something like that. Do you know if its 90 business days or just 90 days?

Yeah, I keep this perspective in mind. So the absolute latest for notification on my case would come in December. But I'll begin panicking in November, lol

Its 90 days from acceptence for 765. How ever since our 765 are based on 821ds and theres no set treshold that theory goes out the window.

It's not a MUST.. They say they try to process ur file within 75 day (some agents say 3 months)
But depending on ur Service Center.. It could be more or less.. For example in case ur TSC.. At this rate they might as well say 75 MONTHS.. And in case ur file is at CSC.. Check now.. U might have just already been approved as u read.. Don't even wait till u read my entire post I'm just gonna be rambling on about nonsense.. Ru kidding me right now ur still reading this? Go bro I mean NOW!! :0

Wrong wrong wrong. The reading comprehension level of this forum is pitiful. EAD's have a 90 day approval limit from the day your deferred action is approved. You cant get an EAD without Deferred action approval and taking Biometrics does not mean you have been approved.
