Important Information Regarding Advance Parol

I received my Employment Authorization Card in the mail today and along it came this piece of paper. I scanned the front and back to upload it for you guys.

After reading this, I'm definitely NOT traveling outside the United States with just Deferred Action :(

If I applied, and was approved for advance parole, I would travel and just take along that piece of paper. On the paper you posted it states: Presenting a valid combo card will authorize a transportation operator to accept you on board for travel to the Untied States without liability under section 273 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (the Act). provided that you arrive in the United States on or before the expiration date on the card.

Therefore, as long as you have advanced parole and a valid EAD card, then you are allowed reentry into the U.S.

So approved people are getting Combo cards? Isn't it really difficult to get parole in the first place?

It also says in red letters at the bottom that "parole upon your return to the united states is not guaranteed". There is always that chance that you might not get let back in.

If you keep reading, at the end it talks about unlawful presence and 3 or 10 year ban.

Well, its OBVIOUS to say that most of us have had unlawful presence. Therefore, we will not be allowed back into the US. Do not do it. The document is from USCIS so I hope it can prevent anymore new threads. But, we already knew this information already. ;-)

Yes, after departed , it will trigger 10 years ban and even with advanded parole will be denial entry. I do not know why on web site they says we are allow to apply for advanded parole if it is not guaranteed re-entry? TRAP??
