AOS through TPS, Must see!!!!
So for all of those wondering if one can adjust status after entry with advanced parole, without leaving the US and no extreme hardship waiver. This proves the power of Arabally/Yerabelly.

Re: AOS through TPS, Must see!!!!
Good find chessmaster05,It just proves it is possible.
.......Now to wait for all the "How to go from EWI to Overstay using DACA and AP!" thread, lol. |
Re: AOS through TPS, Must see!!!!
Thanks Ianus!! People please do keep in mind that this only applies to people, like in my case, ewi and never left. Thus never trigging the ten year ban. So.... With this said, Im in the process of applying for my AP. Once granted. I will leave and come hack with an entry stamp in my passport and since i entered with inspection i can marry a USC and AOS here in the US without the need to file an extreme hardship waiver.

Re: AOS through TPS, Must see!!!!
they don't have entrance documents. no i-94
current law does not allow EWI people to marry a USC and become citizens through AOS. A way available is to leave, come back to the US with a stamp I94 or whatever and then you can marry for AOS |
Re: AOS through TPS, Must see!!!!
what if I entered with a visa?
