I really don't know how Nebraska is handling their cases. I still think it's up to the individual caseworker. You should've been approved by now, but I felt the same way as you did and I got approved last week. I was actually going to call them this week if I didn't hear anything from them by the end of this week. Anyway, I know it's hard but know that they will get to you and you will hear from them soon. I did my biometrics on 9/12 and I just got approved today. Don't start worrying until late December.

I am in NYC and the number of 9/17 biometrics is weaning down. And i am being left out, really freaking me out!

I get sad by the day. Today I had to e-mailed a professor and turned down an undergraduate research position because I have not been approved.
