i think they consider a humanitarian reason if you haven't seen your family in 10+

but it asks for a specific timeframe you want to go out which makes it limited

thats a humanitarian reason... look around the web or ask a lawyer just to be sure

well the paper that came along with the EAD said that it def wont be a sure thing they let you back in...they specifically said that if youre in the states unlawfully you will trigger the 10 year ban...i don't think ill apply

We shall see. A lot of people on here aren't taking that warning seriously. Ill wait until they go first and see what happens when they try to return. They will be the lab rats
