I got denied. There's this crazy rule that you have to be a usc to run for president of the United States... so tommy/notapro will not be on the democratic ballot in 2016...

I meant 75 days after your I-821D has been approved. I just don't see why they would give 90 days to approve your I-765 before the I-821D has been approved when you need the I-821D to qualify for the EAD in the first place.
