Help...!!!!! Defered action Time
 

Hey Guys im New here I'm from Southern California I send in my application on Sep 17 and My Bio App was on 0ct 23......... Well before i get started i must tell you guys why im really worried well i have all the proper evidence and documentation to prove all the requirements !!!!!EXCEPT!!!!!
One thing and that's Proving that i was here on June 15 2012. The only thing that i could find was My Phone Bill which is currently under my aunts name but it does have under authorized user and has My name under Phone user on the bill the other problem is that it was dated on
June 24 2012 . Now i am extremely scared that im goin to be denied. also did California slow down

Doesnt have to be June 15th exact but the closer the better.

You will not get denied, they will probably send you a RFE (request for evidence), should they find your evidence unsatisfactory. So calm down...and best way to prove June 15 2012 presence is to send your whole June 2012 bank statement.

I currently dont have a bank account or anything else :sad: to prove that i was here on Jun 15 im scared im not even hungry anymore because of this.:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::

It has to be close to June 15 for example I had a bank transaction on june 13 two days apart but if they want more evidence they'll ask for it, but don't worry you won't be denied chill out dude :)

Well do not worry about it, in case you get a RFE, just dont freak out. Your last resort would be an affidavit either from school or an organization declaring that you were present on June 15, 2012.

But again, do not worry. Just wait...hey you might get approved and you are freaking out for nothing.

Unfortunately not everyone has a bank account. :cry:

OP just send in what you have and stop freaking out! I didn't have anything for that exact date so I just sent in something close to it. I've always been here and never left so if I do happen to get RFE then I'll just send them what they need. You'll be okay! :)

Besides just think that if your process does take longer that will mean your EAD will expire at a later period. :razz:
