hey guys my case is very different from many of you. I came to the US pretending to be the son of a visa holder in order to get a visa. I dont' remember much but I wasn't a EWI because i had some sort of inspection and i wasn' ta visa holder because I came with a different last name and the guy who brought me kept all the documentation and I never heard from him again. Anyways, I just got accepted. I'm so happy. It was worth all this waiting. God bless you all.

Congratulations! Now you can go to the SS office and apply for your SSN. :) Thank you for sharing the information regarding your situation. There's probably many people in the same predicament as you but are too afraid or shy too post about it.

Congratulations to you, wonderful news. But reading your case I think you might qualify for T visa, U visa or vawa. Just try and consult an immigration lawyer to see about your case. Doesn't hurt to try.
