how many of you did a walk in at a different ASC for biometrics and got approved?

I did. And was approved already I was scheduled to go to the closest ASC near me in 10/1 but I did a walk in in a whole different center on 9/20

me too, I did a walk in at a different place and way before my appointment and I received my EAD really quick. but I lost it a week later :(

Don't do it....I had a bad experience at my bio. I went two weeks before and the guard was not happy and gave me a piece of his mind: something like this "you are allowed here illegally, that's breaking the laws, the least u can do now is to please respect your appointment dates", ouch!!!!!. Now imagine what they will say to you when u do a walk in at a whole different location.

the reason for the question was that my sis and i sent in the application at the same time, I was approved 2 weeks after my appointment, she went to a different center and is still under initial review........Also I thought my fast approval was because I have a pending petition and she doesn't.

its been about 2 weeks, and yet nothing from them. not even a receipt number or anything.
