Called uscis about my eac139 #
So i just got off the phone with USCIS after a 45 minute wait and was trying to get a explanation on why I cant track my apps on their side. What they told me is that USCIS is having technical problems with their tracking system. The person I talked to told me its been like this for the last 2 or so weeks and should be figured out in the coming week. The operator was nice enough to look into my case and told me everything was running smoothly and that there were no problems. One thing that caught my attention was that apparently my app is in California as of today but I got my letters from the Vermont Center thats was weird any thoughts?

I had the same problem! My cases would always come up that they were not found. Two days ago I spent an hour on the phone with uscis and never really got an answer because I kep getting hung up on or transferred but the next day later at night they finally came up. I don't know if the agents made a difference or if they somehow finally decided to come up. lol. And that is really weird about it being in california.

California? Lucky! They're processing everything pretty fast.

The customer service representative to whom you talked to was (most likely) in california. There, in California, is where the customer service center is located. They can look into the status of your application via a computer system, but other then that none can be done. The decision of your case would be taking place at the assigned Service Center (in your case: EAC = Vermont Service Center) where your application was routed from the initial Lock-Box.
