Study Abroad for one week. Is it possible?
I have read that its possible to apply for an advanced parole but that it is risky and once you leave the US you might not be able to re-enter.
I was planning on filling out the application because of a study abroad class next semester that will be traveling to Spain for spring break, a total of 10 days. It would be an amazing experience but if its not possible its not a big deal either, but one can try. Can anyone give advice? Has anyone tried? Been approved? Talked to a lawyer? |

Your reason is for educational purposes so it might be easier to get approved/re-enter if you provide the documents.

You should just do it then come and tell us your experience. We need people to test the water for us first jk but seriously I wouldn't risk it. Nothing is certain.
