this be me...
Hello guys...
|
Oh man, your story is too familiar. But I'm only half way living through it in my situation.
I am also an Engineering Major, also rejecting jobs, also nobody knows about my situation and it is very very hard. I'm glad it turned out ok for you. I dont have anyone on my radar though (who I would want to spend the rest of my life with) and I do not want to marry for papers. I see people doing this left and right, because they have no other choice, but I just feel its wrong. On the other hand being in the Engineering field, its funny how many Americans are saying immigrants are taking their jobs. All that an American has to do to be set for life is GO TO COLLEGE! And if you can't pay for it, the govt and the college will pay for it. Its easy to asume "we cant afford college", why dont you apply and see how many resources are available for those who cant afford and are citizens or legal residents. |
Welcome, I know how you feel about the "depression", I suffer it as well. However I was not into drugs, but I took my anger by hitting the gym. This situation is not easy but we all are going to be better people because of it. We learned not to hate people, to show compassion for people who are less blessed. I'm happy that you turned your life away from drugs and graduated and now you are working. As well as got married, that shows alot of character buddy, Stay up Player.
