Biometrics on 12/4, need some assurance.

My biometric appointment is almost here, and I am excited but nervous at the same time. In nervous since the only forms of identification that I have is my birth certificate (No picture) and my HS and College IDs. I'm currently in HS and College (Dual Credit) so they are both up to date. My only concern is that I don't think they are counted as government issued. I also have a transcript with the state of Texas seal on top and that has my picture, but I still fear they might not accept it...

Will I be fine with just my birth certificate, school IDs and the transcript? Thanks in advance. (y)

Birth Certificate is fine, bring your passport just in case.

What country are you from? and what state do you live at? Mexicans can get matriculas and passports from their local consulate. But, I have heard people from other countries having trouble obtaining something. There is no way to get a government issue ID if you live in a state that doesn't allow that only a few states such as Washington give out DL's to undocumented. Just take it all and you should be fine if USCIS accepts the BC and a school ID as proof of identity I don't see why their applications support centers wouldn't.

I am from Mexico and live in Texas. It's impossible momentarily for me to get any state ID from Texas for obvious reasons and the waiting times at my local consulate to get a matricula/passport are way toooo long. My bio is coming and I would I have sufficient proof with the stuff I do have.

You will need your Mexican passport or consultant id because I know my cousin who is also
A senior and the ASC officer told him that he needs either one and
Birth certificate

Appreciate it! Hopefully they will. Theoretically they should since I go to a public school funded by the government and they issued me the ID. Idk haha I'll tell them that and hope for the best.

I know you need an appointment for the consulate but if is not too far from you I would try to just drop in and beg. Let them know what is for.
