Reason for RFE...Continuous Residence:

"The evidence u submitted with ur form I-821D, DACA. to establish that u have continuously resided in the US during the 5-year period immediately before June 15th, 2012 and up to the time of filing is insufficient. Please submit evidence to show Continuous Residence from June 15th, 2007 to December 31, 2007. U may send blah blah blah, same old crap."

At the time of filling i did not have any evidence to cover from June 2007-June 2008, so i sent an affidavit from my church stating my continuous residence during that time. Im assuming that wasn't good enough for them.

I have found these items since originally submitting my package.

1. A clinic card that has my name and July 2007 on it. The card was valid from July 2007-July 2008, but it doesn't say the expiration date only July 2007. The card is for a clinic owned by Jackson Memorial Hospital (in Miami) so they should be able to check it fairly easily if they need to.

2. I have an immunization receipt from August 2007 for Hep B.

3. I have a personal Identification Card (not gov't) that says its valid from June 2006-June 2008. This card is not gonna get u into any clubs, but i used it for my clinic/hospital visits. Card is issued from Tamiami Agency Inc. and is the card Jackson refers ppl like myself to get.

Im trying to see if they can mail me my medical record for 2007 or at least a print out of all my appointments. They told me i will have to go there in person to get it, but that is not possible as i no longer live in Miami. Im gonna try and call them again to see if i can sweet talk them into mailing it to me or fax it to me, because it seems having Jackson faxing it to TSC is out of the question. In 2007 I had a check up, a couple immunization appointments, a dentist visit, a trip or 2 to see the dental hygienist and an HIV test (negative of course lol). Hopefully i can get this information from them, but if i cant do u guys think what i have might be enough?

O yea, im gonna send them the affidavit from my church again for good measure.

That affidavit was probably not enough since what you were trying to cover was a whole year. How long did they give you until you can send them the evidence they have asked for? Try the hospital visits again and do you know anyone you trust in Miami that could get them for you?

I have 84 days, but im trying to mail this thing off next week. Ill probably get my aunt's dude to write me an affidavit as well. Ill use him since he's not family, it may be more accepted by them. He was also in the military so that cant hurt. Lol

In addition to the evidence that you have, try to send affidavits from AT LEAST 2 people, it doesn't matter if they're family or not. Have them notarize the affidavits and if possible attach copies of their IDs as further proof of their identities. The affidavits should clearly state how they know you and how long they've known you, etc, little details like that....
