First question, once i'm done with filling out the application i-765 i mail it to USCIS P.O. BOX 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120 or USCIS Attn: FBAS 13 South Dearborn- 3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517 since i put (c)(33) for question 16? right? And i also send it with the G-1145
Second Question, Can i make a money order? If i can, i make it for $465 total? right?

Yup, c33 and total for that, you don't have to do 2 checks, I sent mine with just one
