Re: Driver's license and social security card
You will need a ssn eventually but you may need this: You must obtain a letter of ineligibility, (Form SSAL676), from the Social Security Administration if the Department of Homeland Security has not given you permission to work in the United States.
But we do have permission. I got one of those because the Social Security gave me one so I can get a license while I wait to be verified from Homeland Security. oh yeah and my letter also says in bold letters: This notice is not proof of ineligibility for a SSN or card. |

What about grants from college? Will we be able to receive grants?

Re: Driver's license and social security card
I seriously wonder if people ever researches what DACA is before applying
Ssn you need a valid government ID, Passport or birth certificate. Anything with your name birthday and year. If you dont have anything might as well try with your school id |
Re: Driver's license and social security card
EAD and passport are good enough!
