What are you doing while you wait?
 

I was a November applicant and I have been hanging out at home since.

For those that are still waiting, what do you spend your time doing these days?

While I was waiting, I was working a shitty job. Now I'm just waiting for my SSN.

I'm planning out my 2 year plan. It has a lot of back up plans, that's for sure..

Well, I'm just waiting. I'm a September applicant, and I feel like everything I do always brings me back to the thought of the EAD.

I try to do everything possible to keep my mind off of it--workout, hang out with friends, study, watch television, play games, etc. :)

Don't have a crappy job anymore so now I'm just spending time with my family, friends and boyfriend+his family. Eager to start my new life, but I am also trying to patiently wait to be approved.

Also working crappy job in the meantime. Bills still gotta get paid.

Worked a crappy job until last week, I quit in faith that I will receive my ead soon.

@oneday6, backup plans are crucial!

Everyone else, just keep hope. I get so frustrated on some days because I just want to have a job, but I keep telling myself that I just have to be patient and then I will really be able to pursue the career I want.
