Is it possible to report your employer to labor

I've been working in this establishment for 5 years now they never pay me the right amount of money, 15 hour work day 5 bucks an hour, no overtime, no holiday pay on top of that they deduct taxes, SSN, medicare off my salary and even made me sign a no liability if injured document ( which I declined). I work in a senior care facility assisting old people in their daily living. I have no papers hence the reason I'm asking. I was expecting to get approved last october but I guess god hated me so I am bracing for a huge major impact. I am afraid of the repercussions of reporting them to DOL. Is there any way I can go about doing this?

Thank you very much

PS: The owner is the administrator. Shes extremely bias, dumb and a jap, she never cared about the well being of her workers. One thing I learned from some wise person is " Your business is only as good as your workers" which she completely ignores.

Yes. You can. Heck I did. In Santa Ana , There's the office for the department of labor. Go explain your situation and they'll help you fill out a form and explain what you can claim.

Try using a non-profit or the ACLU as an in-between yourself and the authorities. If it is also serious enough you maybe eligible for status.

Does this count as being a whistleblower? Because I know you also get some type of protection if you are.

Go report it and speak with a lawyer, you might be able to sue for wages that they owe you.

Start collecting as much documentation as you can from now, if you plan to go ahead with it. I would wait until you get your papers but you can still do it now if you want. If you think your employer is able to pay all back charges, you should definitely lawyer up and fight it.

Your state's attorney general usually handles labor related cases. Speak with someone from the AGO.
