Am I getting bad information?
 

So some people are telling me that the DACA has a deadline. Others are telling me it doesn't. Does anyone know the correct information? Specially since new politicians are being selected for office?

DACA does not have a deadline. People are confusing the date on top of the application for a deadline but it is not a deadline. It is just a date USCIS uses to let people know they are using the correct application since they update and review the applications periodically. Also, the application for the I-765 is used for multiple things not just deferred action & the 821D also has a 821 version for TPS.

That part that says it expires: 2/28/13 does not mean DACA expires it is in reference to the paper itself not the policy. Does it make sense?
