First of all, the reason I posted this on the news section is because it'll be future news tomorrow, for sure.

Erika Andiola is a dreamer and a huge activist who is in the same boat as us. The other activists, other as in Gaby Pacheco kind of other, have rallied behind her. And I'm pretty sure that Senator Durbin will hear about this. We have all heard about the so called "immigration reform of 2013" however, nobody has been specific on the issue. I think this is what triggers it, so make sure you sign that petition and call, call call tomorrow. Because who knows, you might be part of history, again.

Shit gets real now!!!! Turning point!! ICE has made a big mistake. Is Andiola a DACA beneficiary? Napolitano made it clear parents will not be deported. Regardless NO non criminal immigrants should be detained!! Protest! This should be used as a launching pad for CIR but yes freeing them is our main goal!

I saw this all over facebook because I have tons of dream act pages. I've signed the petition but apparently it says phone line is down. Please anyone keep us updated. This is not cool it's a bunch of bull! CIR/DA Now!!!!! This is fkin scary y'all just like 2face said they clearly said parents will not be affected and both her brother and mother do not have criminal records. Oh and Erika told them they didn't have permission to enter so they are clearly in a big mess now! Praying everything will turn in the Andiola's favor.

Her brother was released this morning, but are still attempting to deport her mother.

They had a profile on Erika. I don't even know what to say.

Is there a non-biased news source on this? How many unpaid tickets did she have? I know of some citizens who have been arrested at their home after a warrant was issued so there has to be more to this story. Not doubting the site, but I hate getting biased news even if I have a side in it. Of course this IS in Arizona so we kind of know what this is.

And don't worry, they'll lawyer up and the noteriaty will prevent them from getting deported. This may be a good trigger for CIR.
