Deferred Action problem. I need help!

hey guys I have been looking at this website for the past couple months and was always happy to see more and more people get approved for Deferred Action because it showed that the program was actually approving everyone who qualified quickly and made it seem like my approval was going to come soon. I applied for Deferred Action in the first week and my case was routed to the immigration center in Nebraska on Aug 20. To this day I have still not been approved for the program and I cannot help but think that something has gone wrong. I have looked through all of the requirements and I am sure I qualify for the program. Does anyone know of a way I can possibly notify USCIS that there is a problem. I have called USCIS and they say this program takes an average of 4-6 months but I don't think my case should be in that situation because I was one of the first to apply. If anyone knows of a different number or possibly an email I could contact because I really don't want to wait until February 20th to find out there is something wrong with my case. Thanks for the help!

It depends on the service center, the person who reviews your case, how you formated your application and forms, your biometrics, and sometimes just luck

USCIS is right. There is 4-6 months for processing. There are tons of people from August still waiting. So, you are not alone. Someone from Michigan who applied I think the 16th of August was barely approved this week. So, you are not alone. Doesn't matter if you don't have a criminal record maybe someone with your name does. Maybe they are trying to verify something and the people haven't responded. You don't know what the hold up is. So, just be patient and wait for the 6 months.

The FBI quit taking calls awhile back because people around October kept calling. You can't do anything except be patient. You can call and bribe and you can call and offer to pay extra to speed up your case. It has all been tried before. BE PATIENT!

FBI no longer gives out that information over the phone.

It's 4~6 AFTER your biometrics so you're not even on the low end of the 4 months yet.
