We're talking about the legislative Dream act not the administrative implementation of DACA.This is definitely one concern I think needs mentioning so that the bill is all encompassing.
The Judiciary committees will have the final say on a bill so I think we can probably do something about it during that time period or when it comes to the floor of either chamber.The point is to get age-out stories out their NOW to influence policy! |

I think CIR/DA is easier at this point.
They should add Retroactive provisions with no age cap. |
