Agreed. It'll take a close friend of mine YEARS of work to pay out-of-state tuition for a good NJ school.

I doubt it will happen given the republican governor Chris Christie is likely to run for president in 2016. He wants to appeal to the republican base and given what happened to Taxes governor Rick Perry, he is very unlikely to support such bill. However, this is just my opinion, nonetheless dreamers should keep pushing and bring awareness to the general public.
