Update from Office of CIS Ombudsman
 

So about 3weeks ago I did a DHS 7001 form via online to get help on my case because its outside normal processing times and also I have health conditions. Anyways about 4 days ago they called me asking to send medical records confirming via mail that I have thoses conditions and they also gave me a case number. So yesterday I sent evidence via email to Office of CIS Ombudsman and they contacted threw email today and this is what they said

"Dear Alex Rico, Thank you for providing additional documentation in suppoort of your case. The doucments have been associated with your case file and the analyst in possession of your case has been notified.

Thank you for offering us the opportunity to assist you.

Office of CIS Ombudsman
/WM ".

I'm excited that they will help get my case resolved I recommend to contact them ONLY IF YOUR CASE IS 6MONTHS+ or you have health conditions. THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT HELP APPLICANTS WHO'S I821D is not on the 6 months.

Oh man, I hope I get an answer from them soon. I sent the ombudsman a request on 2/28, so it's too soon still. This wait is so stressful.

same here...they gave me a receipt number and that was that...

wait in the previous post he said or health conditions does uscis speed up process for u if u have health conditions?
