why Don't I receive E-mail notification ?
 

I only received 2 email notifications
which was USCIS Acceptance Confirmation with my receipt #
and that's it

no email when they sent me a bio appointment letter
and RFE letter (I got a RFE :cry:) stating they sent the letter on such a date.

I thought I should be getting emails that they sent me an RFE letter
but nothing (I checked my status it was this Monday they sent me a RFE)

I don't know if I should call or not

I did my bios on FEB 21
but got RFE on March 11 (didnt received that letter yet)
It was too soon to get any responses (about 2weeks)
thinking might be a glitch?

I'm not sure if they sent e-mails for the RFE but I only received e-mails for the acceptance and approvals.

their system is very bad and it doesn't seem like they want to prioritize that problem. so all you gotta do is deal with it, sorry.

that's not soon at all, and you should call and request information about your RFE

UCIS does not send e-mails for BIO appointments and RFE's

If you want to receive e-mails for approvals/denials you have to create an online account with them.

The problem here is that you need to create an account online to be able to get further e-mail and text notifications beyond the initial 2 acceptance notifications.

You got the 2 acceptance notifications because you sent the form G-1145 along with your applications. That's what it's for, to get the acceptance notifications. If you want to get further notifications whenever there's an update to your status, you need to create an account on the USCIS website.

Sign-up, then once you have created your account, add your Receipt Numbers to your "portfolio" After that, check the boxes next to your Receipt Numbers, then turn on Mobile and e-mail notifications.

i beg to differ. yesterday i got an email stating that USCIS mailed a RFE to me.
