The card!! it says "Valid for work only with dhs authorization"

Yeah it's been only established like 1000 times now. That's the card that everyone with temporary work authorization gets.

Yes, they are different. Only Permanent Residents and U.S. Citizens have unrestricted SSN.

By the way, your I-821D is still pending?

No, it was towards astro. His signature says his I-765 was approved on 2/05 yet his I-821D is still pending.
