i sent my rfe 3/15 and its almost a week..how do i know uscis received my packet already

The status should say the day they received it, mine did, I sent mine on the 9th and status says:
On March 14, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location...

Plus I sent it certified, so I got a tracking number.

They got mine the next day after I sent it. Got approved about a week and a half later.
