Totally agreed. Though it'd be a benefit for those of us who don't smoke weed to get jobs over those who do.

Yes you can but don't go around driving high. They are checking for stoned drivers a lot more now so be careful cause DUI = deportation.

dint ever need an EAD to smoke weed. smoke myself every now and then helps with the stress
