ive read of people hitting their 7th month , and getting approved days later , nothing so far about the 8 months

is it safe to say that 7 months is our max waiting period. i hope i dont have to wait more than 7 months. this wait is killing me.

yeah sounds fair , have you done any request ? calls after that 6th month ?

i did it through a lawyer. his office said its not a good idea to do erquest before 7 months have passed. that makes USCIS upset and they might make a decision not in my favor.
