who else is thinking of military service if DREAM passes?
 

as much as it would break my mom's heart, i'll be enlisting for 2-3 years of the military service time under DREAM. not sure what i'll enlist as, but it'll be in the army as active duty.

i'll have to see what MO's are restricted to citizens only etc. before i make up my mind. what MO i pick will also depend on my ASVAB score.

who else will be enlisting, what branch, and what do you want to do?

I took the ASVAB in high school "just in case" DREAM had come out last year so I could try and get in as fast as possible but we all know how that turned out :( . I had wanted to do either the Marines or USAF but decided on USAF since I have this weird desire to learn to fly planes [and I like missiles...LOL j/k].

Hey hopeful you know you gotta be an officer to fly planes...

But I'm pretty sure you can do Missile and Space operations as enlisted.

I took the ASVAB in high school too and they wanted to recruit me like crazy they're like telemarketers except you can't hang up on them. I wanted to join the maries too, but unfortunately I can't because of my status, but school seems right for me right now.

yea after i took the asvab they called my house one day asking me all these questions lol i was shook, they asked me if i had a green card i was like i dont know i think i do but my parents keep all that stuff lol. i made up a lie and hang up quickly lol.

i wanted to join the army,
get some arms training.
but with my beliefs id probably be kicked out
since i don't take nicely with people telling me what to do.
its just not my thing

I was going to join the army, but then I realized that it a lot more rewarding making love than war.
