After Sending RFE(No Update)
 

My RFE is due on April 5th.

So i Send out My RFE on March 20th and Delivered to UScis on March 28th.

But i still havent got Any Text or Update that they receive my RFE.

I am getting Little bit Nervous, because my due line is 2 days later..

anyone know why? I call USCIS but they telling me same thing over over again.

Check your USCIS page, they do not give me text or email updates too but have checked there.

Don't worry. i was in the sames as you and I just got approved.

my deadline was the 1st of april. my attorny sent the RFE response on march 20th and was delivered by usps on the 23rd and never got a text/email notification from uscis. today 04-04-13, I got a text update from uscis in the morning. i thought it was to let me know that they had received my RFE and were going to review it, but it turn out to be for the ead that it went to production and later in the day I got another text from uscis and it was for I-821d saing that appication was approved.

Called them to make sure they have your documents. My friend's documents got lost when she was asked for a RFE and had to resend them.
