Love, Peace & Happiness

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” ― Nikola Tesla

Most of you might be aware that everything is simply energy vibrating at different frequencies, having that said, what you focus your attention (mental energy) on that will most likely manifest in the physical reality. As I type this message, the mass media propaganda machine is beating the war drums, instead of giving your attention to the rhetoric of war mongers who only seek to instill fear in the mind of the observers. Fear, which is the lowest emotional frequency of the human being. Make a conscious shift in your attention to sources and activities that will raise your vibrational frequency to higher levels.

Please share some high frequency content!

the chart makes absolutely no sense...how does boredom have low frequency??... what are does numbers there?...so boredom has 2.5hz of frequency??.. please look up the definition of frequency and tell me if you find it logical for emotions to have frequency.. hahahah

ok.. so i guess that guy doesn't know how to use the word frequency... he tries to compare it to light frequency... but in no way does he prove that emotions have frequency.. he just states.. "tahts how emotions are.. like light frequency".. i could see him making taht chart and maybe just talk about energy... in a way that if your happy you have more energy than when youre sad... or maybe make an emotion scale kind of like the pain scale we have (0-10)... but c'mon.. he's just trying to sound smart by comparing it to light... light is measurable... emotions aren't

While the word frequency can be twisted to describe emotions I highly doubt serenity of being is higher than blame. It makes no sense. There is more stress, more thoughts, more energy to blame than serenity. Serenity is peace, balance, low sustained energy. That's the way I feel it is. Of course little science can back this up. 100% opinion.

Serenity is a higher vibrational frequency than blame, while in this state as you said you are at peace, you maintain a state of balance and sustained energy. However when your in a state of blame, which is a lower cellular vibration frequency, you loose energy. Thus everything is energy and the higher your energy vibrates, the better health and happiness you can enjoy.

I will give use of an example from a book by Dr. Gary Young, The Essential Beginnings. In this book he tells when he had worked with Washington State University and an electronics instruments company in Seattle to develop a device that could measure the electrical frequency of individual cells. He used the device to measure the frequency of the cells in the bodies of patients at his medical practice and correlated the measurements with whatever ailments they had. Everyone who had a common cold had a cellular frequency of 58Hz or less; for flu it was 57 Hz or less; cancer 42 Hz or less. From this he was able to determine that the normal healthy range of the human body is 62-68 Hertz. At this level and above, nobody had any ailments at all. I would advice you to read the book, for more detailed insights on how to achieve higher vibration in your life. Stay Positive :D

Assuming that was true, I believe the good die young. The way I see it is the happiest individuals are the ones that worry less. I feel like people that worry less are the ones that care less. People that worry about others, reflect a lot to improve themselves usually stress more. Based on this, would you rather be happy and live long or good and die young?

The belief that the good die young is a cultural myth not a fact. I agree with you, that those that do not worry about petty matters are the happiest but disagree that those that seek to improve themselves stress more based on my own personal experience. To answer your question, I strive to achieve my highest potential, to live life to the fullest with a purpose of helping as many people as I possibly can. My ultimate goal is to have a positive impact on humanity that will send ripples across the world before I depart.

As long as we're both striving to achieve our highest potential and help as many people as we can then I guess there's no harm in respectfully disagreeing.
