Im ready to send my rfe documents..
the envelope they provided was too small so I used bigger envelope

I am confused which address do I sent to?
I will send as Express mail /overnight

which address do I send to?
If I have to sent it to PO box ....
I have to waive the signature option for express mail?

thats where i sent my RFE, and the PO Box thing doesnt matter, i sent mine in a normal white envelope with 2 stamps and they got it
