30+ days and no update on RFE
 

Does anybody know if this is normal? should I call? is getting to the point where I don't know what else to do....:?::x

You should call. I got approved 5 days after they recieved mine.

the 20th of this month.I am going to have 60'days since they recive my RFE

on May 8th, it will be 30 days since USCIS received my RFE.

the letter says to expect a response within 60 days which would put the deadline at June 8th. after my 30th birthday. hoping i get a decision before my bday and that my bday is not a factor in all of this.

it also depends on what your RFE was for, and if you followed the directions on it.

At 60 days is when you should call, since that is the expected processing time.

I waited more than a month to get approved. They received rfe April 8th, approved today. Rfe was for a misdemeanor.

do they actually tell you guys if they received ur RFE or not?? my lawyer (hopefully) sent my RFE last week...

Your status will update when they have received your RFE.
