I am not surprised that Schumer did not cut him out as it happened during the previous hearings, this is a debate after all.

How soon will the US government start regulating how many kids each family is allowed to have? Like the government-mandated birth control in China, Iran, and Chile??

Senator Schumer's plan will substantially increase the population level of this country, thus exhausting the sources that we can all have access to.

Not everybody wants his/her hometown to be as MESSY/CROWDED as New York City!!!

Not another New York City!!

Consider antinatalism for yourself and also the potential for gentrification of major US cities by highly educated immigrants.

With this bill, around 11 million people will eventually qualify for citizenship but those people are already here! Granted, it increases the number of visas but they will be merit-based, favoring high-skilled immigrants, or in the agricultural sectors. Why even increase the #? Answer: DEMAND. Not to mention the $17 billion (over 10 years) for double-layer fencing, surveillance tech., and border patrol agents.

Not sure if troll, but oh well

When the US government requires your grandson have NO MORE than ONE kid, how would they feel?

I support the path to citizenship for people who are ALREADY here.

I do NOT support a substantial increase in the future flow of immigrants.

More guest worker visas are needed. But those visas should NOT lead to a green card.

Also, birthright citizenship should be re-defined by law.

This is ridiculous.

The US is and should always be a nation of immigrants. We should always be open to people who seek freedom and are motivated.

Take your anti-immigrant stance somewhere else.

You wouldn't be saying that if you weren't here.. Doesn't matter what you want. It's what's good for the people and what's good for the country and legalization is good but so is the future flow, we need a young workforce to pay into SS for those who are retired.

You have to ask why some countries limit the growth of the population.
