Transferring earnings question
 
My tax rep told me to go to my local social security office with my old w2 and have them transfer my earning to my new ssn, my question is has anyone here done this and can explain the process? My w2s all have my fake ssn used for work, will that get me in trouble?

A lot of people have transferred their earnings from a fake ssn to their newly assigned ssn without any issues. Just go to SSA office and tell them that you want to transfer your earnings from a made up ssn.

Ahh! This is what I was afraid of..if. I can start with a clean record I will let the rest go to waste
