RFE time frame????
 

I am kind of new to this forum ,pretty sure this question has been answer before. What is the RFE time span for most people? I am in California and pretty sure my RFE is being sent to the California hub.

Did you send the response to your RFE? Or are you waiting for your RFE letter to arrive in the mail?

have you received the RFE yet? if your service center is CA then your RFE will be sent from that service center and you will send it back to that service center.

also, if you already mailed it, you should have mailed it back to the address that was on the enclosed envelope that came with the RFE if your evidence did not fit in said envelope. if you sent back your RFE and do not know where you sent it, not only is that a problem but it will also delay your case, if not get your denied depending on if and when the mistake is corrected.

I just mail the RFE back this past Friday. I was just wondering how long it take for most people to hear a decision.

Usually anywhere from 2 days to 6 months, so somewhere in the middle of that, expect a decision. Good luck!
