DACA Recipients May Have Expedited Residency Status on Senate Bill.
Okay, reading s744 (The Senate's immigration bill) I came across this:
" ‘(C) DACA RECIPIENTS- The Secretary may adopt streamlined procedures for applicants for adjustment to lawful permanent resident status under this section who were granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (referred to in this paragraph as ‘DACA’) pursuant to the Secretary’s memorandum of June 15, 2012..." This implies that we are probably not going to have to wait 5 years like the Dreamers without DACA. |

Everyone already knew this.. You're a little late my friend
I believe it's 5 years conditional residency then green card followed by citizenship right away |

Clarification: DACA Recipients and other DREAMers will get RPI (Registered Provisional Immigrant) status for 5 years then they may apply for permanent residence (and citizenship thereafter)
The Streamlined procedures for DACA Recipients has yet to be adopted since the bureau and Secretary are still non-existant. |
