George Zimmerman trial
 
I'm just curious to see if anyone has been following this trial. I tried to watch as much as I could, just missed a few days of it.

What's your verdict?

*Guilty of 2nd degree murder

*Guilty of manslaughter

*Not guilty

In my opinion, the state did not meet their burden of proof.

Well that's what my personal opinion is currently. But I do support our jury system, and whatever they decide goes. There was a good article about this on yahoo today:

I agree.

This case was intensified by the media classifying Zimmerman as white, then showing pictures of Trayvon Martin of when he was around 11 years old and repeatedly calling him a small boy and child, even though he was 17 and far from being a child as evident from his school problems and drug use.

Zimmerman is innocent.

I work at a convenient store. I know these types of teens that try to pick up fights just because they think they are invincible. I was close to slapping the crap out of some of them. They think they are grown men.

soon as you let go of your composure then you sink to their level. That's why its best to just walk away and let them throw feces at each other. Or bananas, which ever suits best.

George Zimmerman is innocent, and if they convict him is to stop the "New Black Panther" party from starting shit.

I don't like where this thread is headed and it NEEDS to be closed. At the end of the day a 17 year old CHILD lost his life, please be mindful of that before you go on your rants about working at a convenience store and your experiences there, people throwing ''feces or bananas'' (whatever THAT means) and so on. I just don't think that SOME members here have the mental capacity to have an intelligent debate on this trial without being indirectly rude or offensive.

Butt hurt? You have to respect people's opinion. You shouldn't be commenting if you only want to see people agreeing with you.
