My Sister Was Approved....Im Still Waiting
 

So last night, my sister gave me the good news, she was approved. She apply in april, biometrics in may, and july 21, she was approved.

Very happy for her...

As for me, I applied in February, Biometrics in March....And still under initial review at the Nebraska center....

I saw all the joy, happiness, and overwhelm, she was in disbelief....

I am happy for her, A single mother of 3, very humble.....So even if I get denied....or wait more months....im happy one of us in the family got it.....

Congrats to her. I'm also from April and I'm waiting (numbers before and after me have been approved). So hopefully within this week...as for you, sucks how USCIS didn't do the 'first in first out' philosophy...still, keep your head up, you'll be rewarded too!

I don't think its USCIS fault to not to do first come first out, most of us got our legs pulled at the Background checke part which USCIS can't do anything until it's done.

I agree, we waited all our lifes.....so a few more months wont hurt....it just seems that the closer you get, the harder it gets.....

True...I've waited three months and I'm dying, can't imagine keep on waiting more. But still, background checks should not take that long. They are time consuming but they don't take eight or nine months.
