Real estate

Hi I was wondering if our DACA qualifies us to get a state salesperson's license.

I looked through the requirements and i couldn't find anything about eligibility with DACA.

Thanks! :)

If you want, try calling USCIS and ask them if you can apply even though you're a Daca. Me personally I don't know but I don't see why you can't, unless it strictly requires you to at least have a green card. This Daca is relatively new so I would try asking.

Don't even call USCIS about anything. Lol.

As long as you are not applying for a government job you are good. Any licensing required job do not need you to be a permanent resident.
