Re: i made a miatake :(
Maybe you will get lucky and they won't make it a big deal but in the mean time try to gather evidence for that yr. Receipts or bills with your name. Did you work that yr?.maybe find a pay stub or tax documents. I can relate your emotions right now. I myself just realized i sumitted a document with a wrong birthday info. I am so scared they will think i fascinated documents!

Re: i made a miatake :(
All I provided for 2011 was an affidavit that said I had an internship during all that year in an auto body shop and I was approved. Don't loose hope. Wait for rfe if you must.
P.S. You made a *mistake* writing the title of this thread... |

Re: i made a miatake :(
Dear Juana:
You will not be denied just like that. If USCIS is not satisfied with the evidence you provided they will issue a Request for Evidence. If that happens, please make sure to respond to that request BEFORE the expiration date on the letter. That means that USCIS must have in their hands your response prior to that date. It could also happen that USCIS may just accept your affidavit and approve your case. Good luck and hang in there! |
Re: i made a miatake :(
Don't fear RFE, like someone said before, try to gather up any documents just in case they ask, but don't worry too much, an RFE does not mean you'll get denied at all.
