School related question!

I apologize if this has been answered I seriously looked everywhere and could not find an answer. I got approved back in Janurary, and I haven't been going to school since because I wanted to get used to my full time job, and now that I feel ready to start school again I called my financial aid office and they said they did not have my documents on file. They told me I have to go back to my application for DACA and add the school. I have no idea what they are talking about or how I can do that. Any advice?

Than you very much!

Well, its a good thing people with DACA do not qualify for any federal benefits including Financial Aid. So, I will assume you're talking about the California Dream Act

you might want to go to the school in person and ask them what they are referring to because the DACA application has nothing to do with any financial aid that one would receive for school. not even the CA Dream Act.

I am assuming that you haven't applied for ab540 to be considered a resident for tuition purposes. Print and fill out the ab540 application and take it to admission and records: http://www.csac.ca.gov/pubs/forms/gr..._affidavit.pdf. Then try to fill out the CA Dream Act application for financial aid, I say try because the priority deadline was March 2: https://dream.csac.ca.gov/. Having DACA doesn't change your status in regards to school, ab540 does. You may however let your school know that you have an EAD and ssn card by showing them to admission and records.
