Sexual Harassment

I am sick and tired of married men who dare to flirt with otherer girls! I feel like one of these days as he' saying something while i walk by him, I'll turn around and punch him...!!! Everyone at my job likes him, because he's good at what he does, and friendly, but comee-on! I'm tired of dealing with men like him... any experiences anyone has had (and what did u do about it) .... .=
P.S- also... what do you consider to be sexual harassment
I consider it even when those Mexicans in trucks ... whistle at girls... I can see this view people get about Mexicans

P.S 2- the person I talk about now is a CITIZEN... wow...

Damn, have you reported him to your boss? You shouldn't have to put up with that.

I would definitely consider that sexual harassment.

You Should tell you're boss or tell a guy friend to put him in his place about the last part iF it was a good looking guy(mexican,black,white) in a truck and whistle at you would you consider that harassment.

^^^ Definitely... when someone is "good-looking" and they do something uneducated/disrespectful, they suddenly aren't so good looking... feel me? I dont mind compliments... in fact i like them... from educated people (regardless of background)... but there's a difference

Tell your boss, better yet write a letter to the creep and to your boss warning them, and telling them that you are uncomfortable at the workplace with whats going on ,and that you are tired of the sexual harrassment that has been going on..If it doesnt help, and it continues. Do what i do would do.. Find a good attorney and sue the crap out of the place, which i would of done long time ago
