Re: Two Last Names
personally, i put both because that's how it is on my BC and passport and then under "other names used" i put my name with only one last name.
make sure that how ever you list your names, that they match the evidence you submit. |

Re: Two Last Names
Idk... I only put one last name and USCIS automatically matched my EAD to my passport and birth certificate w/ two last names. Maybe it doesn't matter.

Re: Two Last Names

Re: Two Last Names
Put exactly how it appears on ur birth certificate
I'm sure ur birth certificate matches ur passport and every thing else like ur social and driver license should all match Don't worry about the evidence what I turn in had only my first and last name Some had only my middle name Most of it didn't show my second last name But it all match with my given name |
Re: Two Last Names
What everyone has said is true. I put both my last names and my documents used for prove either had one last name or both but my EAD, ssn card and dl card have both last names. I used my full name and included the other versions of my name in other names used.

Re: Two Last Names
My sister and I both used the same person to help us fill out our apps. We both have first, mother's maiden name and dad's last name. Her EAD has her full name like on our passports and birth certificates while mine only has first and last name. Not sure why that is but I decided to keep it like that.
Not trying to high jack the thread but did anyone who is married get to use their married name? |
