Background check for job
 

Hello, everyone I was approved for Deffered action back in June. I finally got a job offer. I did my background check finger prints yesterday so I guess my removal proceedings case showed up. So they are asking this:

As a result, please provide an official court disposition for each item listed above. The court disposition must include the outcome of each item. You can get a copy of the disposition from the District Attorney or County Clerk of Courts, in the location where the offense occurred. Documents printed from the Web are not acceptable.

The problem is no decision was made on the case it is in limbo basically. Any suggestions? I am afraid I will lose the offer cause of this :sad:

no, a decision WAS made because even a "no" decision IS a decision - go back to where it happened, go the correct court and ask for copies and give them this. Also, even if its a "no" case, you can still get a disposition so talk to a lawyer about this.

i dont get it , what kind of job did you apply for ? and well if your in or were in removal of proceedings , whens your next hearing ? or court date ?

I have final order of removal! It shows up on background check ( removal proceeding or final order are the same! it said alien removal order under sec blah blah)and I apply for an analyst type of position for an insurance company !

well i think your gonna have to grab a lawyer and reopen that case , considering that you have been approved for daca now im pretty sure they can close that case so it no longer shows in your background , i am currently in removal and since ive been approved will see what we come up with on court day , which is coming up in december , hopefully the courts decide to close my case considering ive been approved for daca

Do you got rejected base on your background check! I went to ICE office and got a statement states that I am criminal record free and is good to work! Then I going to find another job! Lawyer and court thing will takes very long time to get it done! I heard it is hard for me to withhold the order since daca is a tempo relief not permanent!

i see , and i havent been applying just yet since im still waiting on my social , but . will what happens comes my court date
