Background check for job
Hello, everyone I was approved for Deffered action back in June. I finally got a job offer. I did my background check finger prints yesterday so I guess my removal proceedings case showed up. So they are asking this:
As a result, please provide an official court disposition for each item listed above. The court disposition must include the outcome of each item. You can get a copy of the disposition from the District Attorney or County Clerk of Courts, in the location where the offense occurred. Documents printed from the Web are not acceptable. The problem is no decision was made on the case it is in limbo basically. Any suggestions? I am afraid I will lose the offer cause of this  Thank you, |
Re: Background check for job
no, a decision WAS made because even a "no" decision IS a decision - go back to where it happened, go the correct court and ask for copies and give them this. Also, even if its a "no" case, you can still get a disposition so talk to a lawyer about this.
